Lapis, your account and your data

  • What is Angka?

An AI finance and bookkeeping app for small businesses. It reads your bank statements, receipts and invoices, matches each payment to its paper, and tells you in plain words what is missing, so your records are complete before they reach your accountant. More →

  • What is Lapis?

The paper your business sends: invoices, quotations, receipts, delivery orders and more, in your own look, free. It works on its own, and with Angka the paper files itself in your books. More →

  • Do I need Angka to use Lapis?

No. Lapis works on its own. If you use Angka too, everything you make in Lapis lands in your books without retyping. More →

  • Does it work outside Malaysia?

Yes. Say where your business operates and Angka and Lapis work in your currency, with plain international words. Malaysia gets more on top: SST, LHDN, KWSP and PERKESO, DuitNow, and an optional MyInvois link.

  • Which bank statements can Angka read?

Any bank's statement, as PDF or CSV. Every one is checked against its own printed balances. Statements from the main Malaysian banks are read exactly from their text; others, and scans, are read by AI, so check your first few from a new bank. More →

  • Why is a receipt waiting in the Inbox instead of being filed?

Its reading did not pass the checks: the items may not add up to the total, or the amount clashes with your bank. A second AI read it again and could not settle it, so it waits for you, with the reason shown. Set it right in one tap, or with Adjust. More →
