The Inbox

Where: Inbox, in the sidebar

Each row says who, what for and how much, with a dot: green is in order, amber needs you, dashed is Angka's guess waiting for a yes. Tap a row and the paper opens beside the list (below it on a phone), with what Angka read and what to do.

• Just arrived: files, emails and notes waiting for your yes. File it, change something, or set it aside (kept, but out of your ledger and figures, with an undo).
• Did Angka get it right?: what Angka did or matched on its own that is worth a look, disputed first. Looks right confirms it; Not this takes it back exactly and teaches Angka not to propose it again.
• Missing a receipt or a payment: a bank line with no paper behind it, or a receipt whose payment has not shown up in a statement yet.
• A figure is confirmed when you say so, or when two independent sources agree, such as the bank line and the receipt. Two AI readings agreeing count as one source, not two.

Everything that came in is kept apart from this list, under Everything that came in at the top of the Inbox: every email, upload and statement, newest first, with what became of each, including emails that were not about money.

When the Inbox is empty, the month is yours: every figure has either your word or two sources behind it.
