From quotation to invoice to receipt

Start with a quotation. When your customer accepts it (they can do so from the link), turn it into an invoice in one tap. When they pay, record the payment and the receipt makes itself.

• Deposits and part payments each get their own receipt, and the invoice shows what is left to pay.
• On Lapis Business, bill a job in stages: a deposit, progress payments and the balance.
