Send receipts by Telegram or WhatsApp

Where: Settings → Getting paper in → Telegram and WhatsApp

If you already send photos of receipts to someone on Telegram or WhatsApp, you can send them to Angka instead. Each photo or PDF lands in your Inbox and is read the same way as a file you add or forward by email.

1. 1Open Settings, Getting paper in, and press Connect next to Telegram or WhatsApp.
2. 2The app opens with a short code already typed in. Press Start in Telegram, or send the message in WhatsApp. The code works once, for ten minutes.
3. 3Angka answers "Connected to" and your business's name. From then on, send it photos and PDFs of receipts, bills and invoices.
4. 4Each one gets "Got it, reading it now." and, once read, a line saying what it was and whether it was filed or waits for a check.

• Write a few words with the photo, like "petrol for the van", and Angka uses them as a clue.
• On Telegram, a group can be connected too: add the Angka bot to the group and send it the code there. Anyone in the group can then send paper, and their name is kept with it.
• Photos and PDFs up to 20 MB are taken. Other files are politely refused, and nothing is kept from a chat that is not connected.
• The same photo sent twice is kept once.

Disconnect a chat any time from the same place in Settings. Owners and members can connect and disconnect; viewers can only see the list.
