Share links
Show an activity, a period or your documents to someone outside.
Most pages have a Share button. A link can be for anyone who holds it, or for named people only, who enter a six-digit code the first time. Links expire when you choose, and you can close any link early.
- The page is read-only, and every figure says what it rests on.
- Whoever holds the link can write back; it lands in your Inbox.
- Each opening is recorded, with who opened it for named links.
