Yes. Every kind of document, all eight looks, sending from your name, share links, scan to pay and Quick sale are free, and you can make one without an account. Lapis Business adds AI fill, automatic reminders, billing in parts and a second check before sending, and it is free for everyone while the trial runs.
Yes. Each line can carry its own tax rate and discount, and the totals, tax and amount due are worked out as you type. Tell Lapis where you operate and it uses your currency and the right words for your tax numbers: SST and TIN in Malaysia, VAT or GST elsewhere.
Yes. Lapis works anywhere, in any currency. Choosing Malaysia adds DuitNow, the SST rates and an optional MyInvois link; everywhere else gets plain, international words.
No. Lapis makes the invoice, quotation or receipt you send your customer; it does not submit anything to MyInvois. If you validate an invoice in the MyInvois portal, you can paste its validation link into Lapis, and the invoice then carries LHDN's QR and its UUID. It is optional, and off unless you turn it on.
On Lapis Business, describe the document in a sentence, snap a handwritten order or record a voice note, and the customer, items, prices and due date are filled in for you to check before anything is sent.
It opens the document exactly as it was issued, so your customer can check it and you can see when it was opened. When it reaches a business on Angka, it files itself with the exact figures.
